I hope that I am not wrong, but I think you make a server, dedicated or not and choose the map like oc_lobby, from there go left right when you spawn and near the pool you should see the campaigns... I hope this helps. :D

Sadly the wiki does not tell me what happens when your view-ports turn black and they are unable to be edited,
it is like this for every game configuration too.
I can't grasp my head around what this problem may be?

(EDIT) I am only having this problem with the source engine 2009 engine version.
