That's the thing, they show up as a prop_dynamic and a prop_static in the info tab.
It goes for all prop_statics that doesn't use the obsidian tag.

Only prop_statics with the obsidian tag shows up, when made as a prop_static, but all other props that can be both dynamic and static only show up when made dynamical.
