Also, when trying to connect to the server i get an "server out of date" error message

When creating a server using the source dedicated server i keep on getting an "your server is out of date, and will not be listed on the master server untill you restart" error. Iive used the hlds update tool and restarted numerous times but to no avail. Can anybody help me on this matter?...
