Russian localization for Obsidian 1.32

1) Download http://hl2.msk.su/files/obsidian_russian.zip
2) Unpack to obsidian folder

nice if you would get rid of some little bugs like missing " and some missing "[english]" standardiations i would like to add it

also here is a little output of the upcoming version (takes place in the valve_*.txt file)

actually this is much more work as it should... i made a subproject on the svn for all translations if you want i can give you an personal svn acc for the russian area and you should use then the templates, since those are the only thing i need to make the actual translation
