Hi, Im the new guy

hey, i just downloaded the mod, looks cool, and i heard pretty good critics, so its going to my Steam Games list!
anyway, i started Obsidian, then there was a prompt asking to install the Source SDK Base, why?
anyway, im new here, you can do everything you want to me, im Your Hoe now.

Welcome to the forums! Obsidian is based off of the Source SDK Base, as all mods should be now. Valve added it so when they update the engine on one of their games, it won't screw over mods until they release new code. So just let it download, it's normal. Hope you have fun with the mod
