third book and fifth book were borring, but it's been a rather good series... until the end of book 6 though.
Snape was the pillar for my reading this, and I didn't realise that til the end of book 6. For once someone makes a dark, shadey charecter who's not evil. Sure he can be a jerk but he was never evil, adn even helped in the fight.
But then the famous snape kills dumbledor happened and it went from being a really great peice of writting to a generic cast of charecters. "Up, you're a jerk and slytherin, you automatically now work for the dark lord!"
