rp_evocity2_v1p impossible?

Ok here is the problem, rp_evocity_v1p, I spoke with the author and he told me the map uses sky_ep02_04_hdr as the skybox. This is a episode 2 skybox, so when I load it: I can't see the skybox? But why? I have episode one, and two mounted. Am I missing something? Also I can't edit this map in anyway, can't decompile it.
