Nope, we have an NPC coded for him already. Unfortunatly we dont have a decent texture for him yet. Expect him on a later release in the iron helix gamemode.

Dont worry, we dont plan to have long wait times on patches.

Will we be able to use it outside of that gamemode? I had plans it inside smash tv.

I recently played and it was like watching paint dry, I dont see why people like pretending they are people they arnt in the mod.

I think you're being a bit unfair to gmod. Role playing is not for everyone, not much for me either. Whenever I visit, I just try to drive the town into a dictation styled goverment and make random civilians who get in my way suffer to the wrath of a stunstick, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ummm <_<_>, anyways, onto the point. Gmod is an all in 1 kind of building game. It doesn't have a point or anything, just a spawn menu, a bunch of tools, and a lot of posibuilitys.

LUA isn't ment to replace hammer or modding as an option, it is mearly a tool for simple gamemodes and random tools (And WOMDs). Garry didn't include everyones models, they just got ported over as a community project for random downloads. If I recall, model porting is something that happend a lot in sven coop as well, and will probably happen to your mod as you can change the models of npc's into other things.

Well in this case garry mod got popular mostly off of the use of others people mods. We have nothing against porting here but we dont want to be known as the mod that got big off ported models.
Why did they put the css weapons in gmod anyway? Cant we just play cs instead?
