How to add maps to the lobby?

I remember reading about this somewhere but can't remember for the life of my where it was, I looked through a couple of the boards I thought it would be in and it wasn't there so I thought I'd make a thread.

I searched as well and couldn't find any help

There is a file called oc_lobby_modify in obsidian\maps\cfg you can find a tutorial here
