when you release your mod onto steam will you put some of the most used models into the mod for everyone or will you stick with the default and we have to download them

If you are talking about the playermodel packs, those are not included with the mod and must be downloaded and installed manually.

no not those i mean any other ones that are different from those that are created specifically for the steam release or any type of addition

I think he's trying to say if we're gonna keep the CSS weapons,the HL1 NPCs,etc..

he means are we going to put in the CPs Alyx barney ect in the defalt player models set

lets make this alot simpler so no one gets confused on launch into steamworks and stuff will you put more models then the current ones we have by default

No, the steam version will not have additional models.

The Steam version and the manually downloaded version are exactly the same.

Well if you need help downloading the models all you do is go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\obsidian and put the folders in the addon folders.
