Yes, And I apologise to the community for having not gotten around to updating.
I can help list some of the maps out there if you need/ find some download links and also offer help with modify scripts and stuff like that, stuff you may or may not need. The mappack needs to be server friendly (i.e bspzipping/.res files for the maps)

Download Links and Modify Files are a good start already.
Especially for keyfox_lobby_* (no idea about how to modify those :S ) maps
Another thing would be, where to upload it? My Server only has 9gb free and it's running 3 srcds servers that need the free space.
Also i thought about splitting it, so the uploading to server wont take so long(like Maps A-F, Maps G-L, Maps M-R, Maps S-X, Maps YZ#)
Working on download the first few maps from the released section...

Let me know with what you manage to find, and tomorrow I'll see what I can do to help improve it. Sorry today is my birthday and I'm a little busy.

Will Update this list on progress, but its very hard to find non-outdated released maps in the release section.
Is it actually possible to include any resource that the map needs into the map itself(like scripts)?
- arena_005_beta2
- oc_adventure_part1
- oc_diving_v9
- oc_hydra
- ep2_oc_iceonslaught_V2
- oc_inlight
- oc_junkfall_1c
- oc_longways
- oc_mapselect_1000
- oc_party_12a
- oc_paysan_B11
- oc_r-day
- oc_systems2-1/2/3/4
- oc_tantrum_b5
- oc_temple_1_d
Edit: All of the maps I've found yet, I got more updated versions in my obsidian/maps/ folder. depressing...
Edit: @that guy below me: Wonder why they are included in the 1.35 release then.
Edit: @Worfox: Ok that makes sense.

I think the keyfox lobby maps are for the keyfox server only. If you want it on your own you are going to have to ask W0rf0x first

Ops I should of mentioned that when I replied, Though you cant use the keyfox mapselects, fear not there are others out there, I have permission to release any of Zteers mapselects and also there is my own (oc_archive, maybe not as good but its ok), and I was trying to get hold of some other variants.
My last server had doors to 3 other map selects so there was the possibility of 500+ maps viewable through 3-4 map selects.
Thats a bit extreme, but I'm just saying once you fill up oc_lobby, leave a couple of doors for other map selects and continue adding maps in those.

Removed them from the pack(s). Also adding my own Mapselect and maybe an unreleased map to it.
I got some map_select_360 maps in my maps folder with modify files. Dunno about those

That would be cool though would you need written permission for the dl content, I think it would cause some issues meaning more custom content would need tracking down authors and getting written permission.
I love the idea, but I think it'll be possible, but if we had our own database, then that would be cool.
I managed to get the permission for all maps in the old maps, though some of it was in written form , some was just me asking the guys via steam chat, but old map pack had everyones permission.

I included it to keep download time for our server low.

I've set up an FTP where you could upload the maps i missed or i got outdated(please upload all data of the map, not just parts)
FTP IP/Port: 81.30.158.151/21
FTP Username: OCMapPack
Upload/Download Rate Limit is set to 256kb/s for now.
Started uploading the stuff i already have. I hope that that is okay with the OC Mapperbase.

Some questions before i release the first Version of the Mappack:
1. Can i include /scripts/ into the bsp?
2. Is the same possible with /maps/cfg/ ?

1. you could but see below
2. don't do that, it would prevent to use those files for this map at all
also don't change bsp's at all, only release them as the mapper does or you make people get a different map error which is more then gay
you can however use the addon system to make it look a bit better (the bsp will be downloaded from the addons folder if you have it in there, and that seems to make trouble so put the bs into maps and the rest into an addon)

Hmm, that would be an idea. But I'm currently testing what happens if i only use .res and .bsp(unmodified) and this is the result:

mat_texture_list doesn't even show it as loaded, while it shows some other mats as loaded
