Launch an extensive advertising campaign going over the details of the benefits of buying gin-covered jerky. Once you have a good foundation, start picking up clients and hiring people. You'd want a manager and a really good lawyer. A manager to make sure the advertising campaigns are right outside the pawnshop (demand 7 billboards posted up facing the pawnshop entrance), and a good lawyer to cover your ass when you tell him that if he doesn't buy the jerky, you'd whoop his ass and then stuff the jerky down his throat.

But yeah I really have no idea.

Apparently marinating with gin is bugged,so do it with oranges instead.

I forgot to change the trigger filter in the pawnshop to accept gin jerky when I copied the orange jerky trigger (whoops) which is why you can't sell it. It's also why you see people in games making a mad dash to get orange jerky production up and running since it hits both triggers and sells for an insane amount. This issue has been known for a while and will be fixed when we're on steamworks.

Technically you can throw it into the harvest bin to sell for the correct amount as I believe that trigger uses the correct filter.
