Obsidian Conflict Forums

Hello there, I'm having a problem with hosting games.

Before anyone brings it up, yes, I have tried the common solutions, such as deleting clientregistry.blob and even deleting everything in my steam folder besides steamapps. These both do not work and I get the exact same error.

I'm getting pretty frustrated at this problem and the lack of solutions. I was hoping someone would be able to help me with it, or at least give me a few suggestions to try out. I'm running out of choices.
