Cannot run the 1.35 installer on Windows 7 x64 bit

I recently downloaded the .exe using the torrent, and when I clicked on the .exe to install the program, I get this message

I tried to run it as an administrator, and it says the file cannot be found, even though it's obviously right there

I really want to play this mod, could anyone help please?

Nevermind, I fixed it. I redownloaded the installer and this time it worked for some reason.
