Where is the Download Link? [Solved]

Where can I find the download link? The only link I could find for the mod is in the website MODDB.
But I'd like to download it from an official source.
People might think this mod is abandoned.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Shouldn't it be linked in the official Website?
