Making dedicated server

First of all, this is the first time I have tried to make a dedicated server. I have downloaded the obsidianv1.1dedserver_full.rar. For the obsidianv1.1dedserver_full.rar I looked through it and found the "Setting up the Source SDK for Obsidian.txt" which said "First move the Obsidian.fgd to your '\sourcesdk\bin' folder so it can load the other FGD's." I could not find this and one person told me to just put it into the C:\srcds folder. I googled srcds and got the hldsupdatetool then I followed the srcds tutorial on http://www.srcds.com/db/engine.php?suba ... 1097362093
On step two it says put in hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds. Back in the txt I found in the obsidianv1.1dedserver_full.rar it said "Open your C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[MY EMAIL]\sourcesdk\bin folder.
Open the file GameConfig.txt" which I still couldnt find the folder or the GameConfig.txt anywhere in my steam folder. In the example that was shown in the "Setting up the Source SDK for Obsidian.txt" it said to put the written text after the last two brackets in the GameConfig.txt file and the example said "Half-Life 2: Deathmatch." Because of this, when step two said put in hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds, I put hl2mp instead of Counter-Strike Source. After that was done, for step 3 it says to edit (or create) c:\srcds\cstrike\cfg\server.cfg which I have to idea how to do that, and why the hl2mp would help me create an Obsidian Conflict dedicated server. I would really appreciate anyone's help with this and if those helping have any questions, feel free to ask.

You'll get some major lag running it off your computer.

Depending if he uses the internet while running the server and what his upload and download speeds are capped at.
