How can I spawn tentacle and alien grunt or such?

I saw a vedio clip on youtube and I see alien grunt in the vedio! How did they do that and I cannot?

type sv_cheats 1 in console then after that
npc_Create monster_alien_grunt
and for tentacle
npc_Create monster_tentacle.

Not npc name. That's what confuses sooooo many poeple. It's "monster_gargantua" and "monster_tentacle" No "NPC_*name*"
