Batman was trained in martial arts, has a crapload of awesome-super-technology, and he was also trained as a ninja (kinda).

Yeah, but Chuck Norris could kill a ninja. Nobody could survive Chuck Norris, aside from Boba Fett. Chuck Norris would beat Boba Fett, but Boba Fett would escape 'cause he can survive pretty much everything.
