You mean reformat. that just makes your computer go back to the way it was when first got it.
You mean system restore.
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore
windows system restore is a real cheapass utility and dosent realy do anything. If you screw up 1 program with a measly virus/trojan the it maybe can help but if your seriously in trouble it usually cant help you. Use a third party program to keep backups of your system files.

yeah, i know you can select a date but usually it still leaves some problem(atleast the restores i have done) in the system. I usually disable it now because its just a waste of space and system resource. Also if my system gets screwed up i reformat.
Great news, I got my computer to detect my Hard drives and CD drive. It seems the IDE Cables somehow just suddenly stopped working. But I lost everything on 1 of my hard drives because it decided to reformat itself. :x Oh well, as long as my computer still works.
