People got "rare" items like Pipboy or Team Captain in from of my eyes in TF2. Seriously, how this people have too much luck?

Why I bothered doing animated refraction on the windows, randomized thunder/lightning effects and optimization. I will never know.

Why? Because I have mapper's block atm and this could easily be added onto one of the maps I'm working on right now. Up to you.
