In my own opinion they mess up lots of stuff.
Take the Westwood Studios (may the building rest in pieces) Incident.
right I got Command and Conquer here Updating for online play and here is what it says:

They've been decent lately. Even madden this year has been good. Ubisoft on the other hand seems to like fraking up everything as of late.
