I think spiderman would win, because in most of the batman movies he gets defeated but saves the day in the end plus you don't really see batman do any jump kicks or anything like that and if batman tried to throw those spear weapon things at him then spiderman could just web them to something.

ok lets see, batman a ultrarich guy who realy dosent have any radiation/ultrasuper abnormal powers, he just worked his body up to strenght. He also owns a rich empire of businesses and is the main man in the towns politics thanks to his cash.
spiderman- a geeky boy who lives with his grandmother. If batman cant beat him phyisicaly(altough he could ask gayboy Robin and catwoman to help him out) then he would kick his grannys ass out of his house by buying it.

And batman would never win! Spiderman is obviously better than batman since he has real powers. Batman is just a guy in a suit.

. also spiderman has never killed anyone yet i think, he always tangels the criminals in a web or some other cowardly way. Batman could just sit in his cave not giving a damn because Peter couldnt even afford the ride to Cotsham(spelling?) city. His got school and has to take care of his granny so he couldnt find the free time also.

in that case i will schoose Scooby-doo and the gang if i way bring other fictional heros in this topic, as they will solve the case of who is batman/spiderman and take off there masks so they would have to pay for all the damage they caused. Spiderman with littering the city with webs and batman for recles driving with batmobile and sexualy harassing Robin.
