Looking good.
Reminds me a bit of the hl2 beta actually (That concept/level in the wastelands with the rail leading into a combine station).

It's a little bit LQ, but it should do if you don't watch it in fullscreen, I think... a quick run through the first little part of a map.



The wooden toilet will be removed I think.
Also, I will build a real building where there is only the wall and door now. I started working on a model for the window, too, but as I can't get my beloved XSI4_2 to work (registration link doesn't work anymore), I'll first have to download 7.5 to continue work on this model.

The last wall is only there to prevent the leak that would be there if I had compiled without putting the wall there. I'm planning on building a flooded room there where you have to fight an ichy somehow and then break a wall to escape to the river the room is under or something...

The "sand"/"wet sand" blend texture around the pond will be replaced by a "grass"/"wet sand" blend texture as soon as I feel like changing the VMT file.

The horse statue will be replaced by another model , maybe a marble statue or something and I'm not really sure if the black pillar and the white one should have another texture, too. The floor in this room may get a marble or granite texture or something...
For the little pond thingy, the waves will be removed as I can't see them in game, only while replaying the demo, so I can't even adjust them properly. They look really shitty at the moment.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas. :D
