I just wanted to gloat and say I was lucky & honoured to have had a quick run around with Tysn.

Its nice to know that Harvest in the next verision wont be just a bug fix.

This is a bsp from HL2 SP levels. It's for my Zombie Survival Map.

You and the other survives must hunt for food and supplies at day and fight zombies at night. And be aware, sometimes OverWatch units may drop in for a visit.

The Place you fight to surive in is one of the few parts of C17 not destroyed by the Citadel. Most of the people left the city, but not all could get out in time. As you try to survive, you may find some people hiding out.

Broken OverWatch Barricade, this street will have new buildings(MetroPolice Station and a Store, maybe another one)

Yeah, I think the problem before, I was trying to accomplish more then I could, by making an entire map, plus there were so many set backs with errors...

Though right now I am having a problem with my sky and pitch black walls.

The sky seems to disappear at most view points and show the void...

And a few(like 2 or 3) walls show up with completely black texture, this may be because of my fast compile settings.

If your working on HL2 maps just compiling with the area portals hiden to see if they are giving you trouble.

Well, the map decompiler I used screws up area portals... it makes them visible and solid, so I just deleted them.

You have leaks and props set to not cast shadows will have reverted to casting shadows. Use cordon tools until you get the time to seal all leaks.

its good to see harvest wil get some improvements wen the new oc comes.
ans gjs your map is stil alive and its reminding me of last stand.
day hunt for food and guns night fight of zombies must be something popular these days.

This ain't bad for a map that is being built from peaces and parts of the Half-life 2 one.

It's called Battle of Black Mesa East. You play as a rebel trying to defend Black Mesa East from the invading combine forces.

Wish I could get this guy in as an AI, but sadly he can only be scenery...

Don't worry, these areas are not done yet, plus the map is much bigger, I just didn't have those parts compiled at that moment.

Also, some help, why are there faces that do not show up in hammer but do in-game?

There will be a copper battle, gunship battle, and maybe a APC battle.
But none are done yet, this map is still in pre-beta stage(30%-ish).
