The Big Textures Pack 1
So it've been in the development for quite a while. I'm planning on releasing a minimum of 20 textures in a single package. Most of the textures will come with normalmap and heightmap for parallax.
Requests are welcome, but I can't guarantee your request will be fulfill.

Cool! I'll definitely be using that plaster ceiling... probably the wall too. Maybe some extra colored walls? Wallpaper?

I don't really know how I want the wallpaper to look like. If you look at some of HL2's wallpaper that's pretty good stuff, but what I'm really looking for is more variation. I'll try to do the exterior.

As for exteriors, it's pretty much the same thing - I'm looking for HL2-esque style building exteriors. In particular, the HL2 building template textures are usually pretty good. Courtyard textures are also good. It's just that I'd like to be able to give a bit of a different "feel" to the map.

Some updates. I got distracted yesterday and two days before, so I couldn't get much done. Also had a mod meeting.
I was trying to remaking some textures. The sandstone textures idea came from the Sandstone map in SvenCoop. Would be nice to see that map on Source. The wall still need to be work on.
The wallpaper in the left bottom corner come in red, green, blue, and yellow. The two right bottom textures came from this picture: Click

I like the bottom left (perhaps a top trim too?). Ceilings (I assume) on the top left and top right look good too. Mother*beep*ing Jesus Christ! I think I screwed up the Sandstone regular wall texture. Compare the windows w/ wall textures and the one without the window.
Notice the quality between the two. I sure hope it have to do with the normal map.
Oh, and a change in the sand texture. Made it look a little more smoother this time. The blending look smooth, too.

I demand Doom 3 style textures! I don't know if it's alright to release textures made by Dawid Michalczyk, my favorite freelance illustrator and an artist. First post is updated.
Anyway, here are two of the new sci-fi textures I made today.
The wall come in three types. One that's bare, the other one with two vents, and one with two vents, and those buttons,screen, and so on.

Couple news. I haven't been working on textures lately. I was given a job from the leader to do a background map and create some images for our mod today. I wasn't able to work on textures yesterday because of heap load of homeworks I had to do. Tomorrow there will be a celebration at my sister's school, and I'm attending it with my friends, IF, and only IF they're coming.
BUT before these days, I managed to create a few metal textures. Here it is.
