Post by Keychain »

Single Two Handed View Model IDLE:

[BBvideo 425,350][/BBvideo]

Single Two Handled World Model: (currently glitched due to lack of source files)

[BBvideo 425,350][/BBvideo]

Will post more as things progress.

As you all may know, Linkmister will be working on the dual wielded version at a later date and will post them in this thread when he progresses.

Urgh I need to eventually get to trying to animate again. I haven't been trying to learn anything cool lately :<

I recommend something that isn't animating. We got animators coming out of our butt here. :V

Been looking at voice acting for a long-ass time, and I wouldn't mind trying it out (not sure if my lack of a decent microphone will kill my chances). I've lately been picking up accents, which seem to help when it comes out voice acting.

The rest I'm completely confident they aren't within my ability or interest, haha~

Pretty sexy animation, Linkmister is pretty damn good at animating, though I already knew that.

Good work man.

I like mapping and coding. Well, I am starting to like coding more, you can do much more awesome things, though I am not that good at it... yet.

Not bad keychain, not bad at'all,

I said in the FP thread that I wasn't a fan of single with two hands, but I can't deny that you've done well so far, very subtle.

I too wanted to learn modeling, animation and coding. I've set myself a project of working on Romka's female assassin.
Sometimes I get very frustrated that oc's code isn't opensource, there's lots of things I come across I'd liek to try out, obviously I understand why its not opensource. So what I've decided to do is work on my own mod so I can atleast build a working npc, then I can present the code to you guys should you wish to use it.

As for modeling I think I have to reinstall, 3ds max I think I auth'd the win32 version on the 64 version, as plugins wont install.

You know it was me who made the animation, right? Not Link. He'll be working on the dual versions later on.

Yeah lol, but I appreciate the compliment Gary, and you can rest assured that when I work on the dual animations they won't be as robotic as the ones I did several months back in addition to a correct FoV that dosen't make me rage.

But we have 4 people who can model.

And less free handed animation.

Haha, I didn't see where it said you did them and I never knew you were learning how to animate, good job on the animation.

I really need to learn how to animate in XSI or something(I already know how to animated in Misfit3D, but it doesn't export to Source)... but I am currently working on my coding abilities, so one thing at a time.

Maybe this can help you, when you decide dedicate your time to learn it: http://www.moddb.com/groups/noesis-inte ... l#imagebox
