I don't think we can fix it, it's one of the HIT models and we don't have the source to it.

We don't have enough changes to release 1.24 yet but Ill release the bullsquid model.

hmm, the bullsquid was crashing my map but since patch it's fine, oh and so is the sniper thank you guys! I can't see the new npc in my list of entities? And I did an sdk refresh, is it included? or just in game at moment?
