I think he means that this mod never releases anything new? Why is it that most people who complain don't have the proper english to do so?

Give me a link to these maps getting constantly updated.

Everybody who contributes is part of the team imo. And currently new maps are constantly updated or new maps are created. One prime example is oc_diving. Look around kill3r, instead of complaining.

Maps are also constantly getting updated in new mod releases.

Note, it's not daily being updated, some people have these things called a "Life".
