Source 2007 Missing Files/Failing to compile.

I have been trying to compile my newly created Mod for 2007 Engine. But, surprise, somehow there are missing files.
1. weapon_sdkbase.h
Found this using Google.
Now it says this:
What do i have to do to fix those?
Using: VC++ 2010 Express, Windows SDK (Latest), DirectX SDK (Latest)
