Would it be possible for someone to edit/fuse some player skins to make one that looks like this picture?

I'd love to wear that in OC.
I can't do anything modelisation related, but I can help a bit with editing textures.
I guess it's use the Chen skin and some military skin to be fused to make one looking like that one.
Oh, also, it's alright if it can't be made because of author permissions. If that's the case, just lock the thread or something.

Sure skinning to make it look like something else would work... on usual models, but when the model itself has a different shape entirely I doubt it would look smooth...
Well, i can see it working out, if you know how to 'headhack' something (ie. CT model w/ chen head) then skin that but that's just a possibility.

Nothing is impossible about creating models with hacked parts, but it takes time do it.
