Player model request :)

Hi i have been searching for some one able to port/rig a model for me it is from the game grand theft auto 3 the model im talking about is the marine/army guy those who have played gta 3 know what im talking about 
if some one say would be able to make him a player model i would deeply appreciate it i don't know of any gta 3 ragdolls on garrysmod.org i guess no one ever thought about it
