Ok, I still do not own L4D, and well this year I'm not in Mongolia, though I'm not rich I do have some money in the bank.

Should I buy L4D & L4D2 as a bundle? £44.98 (L4D is £24.99 on its own).

Or just L4D2 £26.99.

Don't bother getting L4D1. The first set of survivors will be in L4D2 because the old survivors files are in L4D2, for I have pre-loaded the demo. So with that said, L4D2 will have everything L4D1 had and more.

i think that might only be available to those that own l4d, it would make sense. it is like saying that the css weapons are in it even though its a feature available for the german version only.

I have CSS weapons in my L4D2 pre-load so yeah. But the survivor files are in there too, if it required me to own L4D1, it would just take the files directly from L4D1 rather than redownloading them.

I have CSS weapons in my L4D2 pre-load so yeah. But the survivor files are in there too, if it required me to own L4D1, it would just take the files directly from L4D1 rather than redownloading them.

well, what i meant was that if you owned l4d1 then it would unlock those characters and make them playable, and the original files are there because they have been re-rigged and retextured to fit in with the rest of the game.

I would personally prefer them use the beta designs for the characters. Those would fit in so much better.

They're there mainly for German users with the German versions. Valve added them to the German version to make up for the forced censorship.
