So, the new CS:S update came out and everyone is having their own opinions about it.

I personally think its a fine update, with no major gameplay changes except for the deathcam, and a few other small general bugs. I also think people really need to stop complaining about it; if you don't like it, then go play another game, right?

What do you think about the new CS:S update?

Apart from that its tradition to complain about every little update for cs!

How was anything good removed exactly? All they added was more good stuff, they didn't take any out.

that was the only things i was good in at css.

No they didn't remove it. Server's need to update though, and some mods need some modifications to fit the new updates, etc...

Achievements are there, yeah, but I think they coulda had some more funner ones. All the gun achievements and the map achievements aren't very unique, and quite frankly boring. I was really disappointed with those sections. Most achievements just repeat themselves with a higher score to reach, but I guess there isnt exactly a lot to do with CS:S.

PS: There's already an achievement farming map on fpsbanana...sigh.

How do you remove something that wasn't even in CS:S by default? All those things that were apparently removed were mods.

deathmatch will perfect for doing some succes

All these whiners are annoying, already got 2 group invites alas "let's boycott new css" and "let's not play any valve games on july 1! against valve!!!!"

Just tried it out. Doesn't really feel much different, yet people were still raging about stupid shit like "Valve ruined the scoreboard!" I can barely stomach CS over all these years, the gameplay is so old.

Call me when they reintroduce the shield.
