HL2 x Touhou

This week, I've been thinking a lot about that.
Mixing HL2 with Touhou.
I know, it sounds pretty weird, I tought of that after I tought about "what would happen if something other than the combines invaded Earth?"
Of course, the first thing I tought about after that was Touhou ^^
So, hum, I forgot my notes at school, so here's what I remember:
First, Yukari's the leader of the Youkais. Xen is her "gap world" or something, and she was the one who enslaved Nihilant's race.
Also, she couldn't really make gaps to Earth because of the border, but she kept that a secret to everyone.
Xen critters are still Xen critters.
Yukari discovered the portal storms, but they were a bit weak in Gensokyo. Seeing this opportunity to get back to Earth, she killed Reimu, weakening the border and altering the balance of Gensokyo.
She also sealed the Moriya gods, because they were the biggest treath to her plans.
That's about all I have for the story.
Now for some extra details:
Aperture Science is safe because Yuka moved her sunflower garden to the fields on top of the labs. No one messes with Yuka.
The Old Hell residents are staying in underground Gensokyo, but that may change.
Combine Assassins are back! With Mystia as their leader, mostly because she can see in the dark AND can make people blind. Maybe she'll be a boss or something.
I'm also thinking about Marisa taking more or less the role of Alyx.

So, anyways, I did not post this topic so it would become a game. Just to show my ideas and get yours so we can make this a real story or something (I'm thinking of a comic, actually. I can draw.)
So, hum, what are your thoughts about that?

Touhou gets mixed with everything, the concept isn't generally new.

Also, I don't want to just switch the characters, I want to make a whole new story.
