Source Mod Dedicated Server Tool-A user friendly setup

The Source Mod Dedicated Server Tool was made to simplify stand alone server set up. The tool uses an GUI instead of the command line to allow faster set up of severs and to make setting up a sever easier for someone who has no idea what to do
BUT even though this simplifies the process there's still all of the GCF mounting that is required by OC ( http://www.obsidianconflict.net/forums/ ... php?t=3063 )
even if this is of little help for somebody trying to setup a OC sever it should help with other mods.

I know and work on another mod with the person that made this so I thought I would share the link for this for anyone who wants to setup a sever but doesn't have a clue.
