Need some help

Hello guys. I'm running an Obsidian Conflict server for the first time, and when I start it, I'm getting an SRCDS error, that the server is Out of date, but when I tried, I can join and my friends can too. So, can someone explain this or say how to fix this thing? I think my server cannot be found on Servers list now
