Disable oc_lobby every x amount of minutes?

How can I get rid of the system that makes the map change to oc_lobby every so often? I want a 24/7 Harvest server but I can't when it keeps changing to the lobby

mp_timelimit 0
and check the mapcycle.txt in the oc folder.
