How can i add a custom map to oc_lobby??

I saw the topic which Tysn wrote in Wiki
he told 'find a oc_lobby_modify.txt' , but i can't find it in obsidian/cfg folder
where is it?
and how can i add a custom map in my server with oc_lobby_modify.txt??
