By joining my favorite server(Keyfox) today,I noticed a very strange thing about some player named Inferno:
-He was able to join when the server was full, making it 9/8.
-He had a ping of 1
-He wasnt donator or anything
-He wasnt even speaking english.
I highly doubt it is an admin, but banning now would be inaccurate.
If you ever meet him in-game,try to get info from him, that's all I could get.
He is VAC Banned btw

ping masking.
there is 1-2 console commands that can mask your ping, quite old trick

Ping masking isn't interesting. How he got in the server while it was full, is.

the server has 2 reserved slots, I bet there is some way to trick the reserved system, normally it only allows people with reserved flags to join into 9/8 and 10/8 (I won't explain how to connect tough as it may lead to scriptkiddies spamming w0rf0x's server or even slowing his connection down just to get in there, best example was the first days of GMod Tower lol)

The sourcebans connection to get the admin list keeps timing out lately which makes some people able to join in reserved slots, i guess I'm gonna disable the admin part of sourcebans and use the local admin list because it keeps happening lately.
And yeah, ping of 1 is an old trick, i usually sm_cexec people's rates back to normal when i see anyone doing it and alias the commands to print some message in console when they try to change it back.

those timeouts are because the entire webspace has timeouts, I already noticed that quite often, maybe you should ask the provider about that a bit
