On the other pic you posted the whole room (I know it wasn't that room) had AIDS... Well, I posted all my questions in the random pics thread where I found your other screenshots. *sigh* My map is cursed!

That looks like some serious artifacting, it could be your video card cooking (looks to be a memory issue). If you've overclocked or unlocked pipes I would be putting the video card back to stock.
