Warning Stage 2 = You loose your avatar rights.
Warning Stage 3 = You loose your avatar and PM rights, and all OC money. 24 Hour ban.
Warning Stage 4 = Your account and IP are banned for life, goodbye.

No,the ones in pmodel pack 3 are from SMOD: Outbreak,the Tactical ones were never finished.
