unztip it to obsidian/add-ons.

Do what w0rf0x said above me, or do it the way I do:
1. Open .zip file\
2. navigate to the root folder (the folder that contains models, materials folders)
3. right click the root folder and click copy (or cut if you dont want to keep a backup)
4. Right click into V:...sourcemods/obsidian/add-ons/ and paste

[Note: I highly doubt your main HDD/SSD is V: so change it to what ever letter you have for your Main drive.

fug4life: Yes there are, but those are personal models, which are usually handed out only by the person it was made for.

There are other models that are not on the Syonbori download page, but those are the personal models.
