How are these converted? I've done Gmod Ragdolls, into playermodels with hex editing, but that doesn't work with ones in this mod. Extra bones?

Also, would it not be better to have smaller themed packs (stargate for example) and then add all the packs together every so often?

And new models keep getting posted in this thread, they are just not listed in first post because i dont feel like editing it all the time, so just keep checking latest posts for updates, checking out keyfox blog might be a good idea too.
