How exactly do you create the sort of sinks, radiators and toilets that the player can rip out of place with the physgun?

For example, the sinks and urinals in dm_lockdown.

Make them as prop_physics, and check both the flags "Disable Motion" and "Enable motion on Physcannon grab".
