Citizen turns out of cover and shoots with their SMG1. I cannot find this being used in any of the maps, I wish to find it being used so I know how it is produced in hammer, so that I may add it to my own map.

Anyone seen this in-game before?

looks like its at the street fight that was part of the old e3 demo, that they changed. But I'm just guessing.

Those are acty_busy stuff, might just work if added back to wherever actbusy stuff is defined. They are removed from game, afaik, because they get stuck in cover position even if the Grenade God Made Manifest stood next to them.

You could always try scripted sequences or something to get them unstuck (I think lol)
