Hey guys,
I have a problem.
My skybox is completely black ingame, but no errors appear in hammer. Why?

I use the standard skybox texture, I make some cube above the map and ye, that's it. Making a cube around the map doesn't work either.

In the last image i see the "floor" under the skybox, in the void. Must be inside (unleass you have now a terrain inside).
Can you take a photo in the option "map/map properties" in Hammer to see what have put?

Here you go, I'm using the configured version for OC 1.35, so ye.
Also, the grid seems to have disappeared, as you can see in the background.
Also, item_shield is an error.

Make sure you used that and not the one the forums or in the oc folder.

I edited it, W0rf0x, thanks. Switched the directories and...
the grid still isn't there. And I can't make a map with a skybox to test it out unless there's a grid, so, yeah.

Are you sure your opening hammer in the 2007 SDK?
Also the first two pictures you posted earlier show'd no info_player_deathmatch and no light_enviroment. Both are needed for a skybox to compile. Sorry if you already know this its just I thought I'd mention it.

also i want to point out that in this pic
http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/897/skyy.png (if its just example then its fine i guess), but if you ever make an actual map, do _not_ put the map inside a box like that, it reduces the performance a lot and its really unnecessary because you cant see below your map, so there is no point in having skybox below it.

yep me again, the reason you cant see your grid is because your running obsidian in either source 2006 or source 2009 version of the SDK, you must run it in source 2007, that means you need to add obsidian to the gameconfig there!
