Obsidian Conflict Forums

Can someone link me to the obsidian SDK, id like to map for the mod.

obsidan shows up in SDK but an error pops when i load it

Just saying an error popped up won't get you far, please specify. I'm sure there was a fix for that around the forums somewhere. (Hint: Search button)

fair enough the error says thank SDK that i need gameinfo.txt ( i had to install SDK into 2009 becuase hammer doesnt use 07 anymore)

Then you did it wrong, it HAS to be 07, thats the engine OC uses. Hammer does support more than 2009
Hell, my Hammer supports 06, 07, 09, MP by default

Oh ok it just that in the file that you have to copy paste the obsidian text here is no games for 07 will it still work?

That is slightly misleading. The SDK launcher supports 06, 07, 09, and MP. It launches different versions of Hammer depending on the engine branch selected in the SDK launcher.

eh, doesent that pretty much mean that hammer supports those versions then?

I suppose. But wouldn't that be the same as saying Source has cascaded shadow mapping, even though only one version(CSGO) actually does?

I just wanted to prevent any confusion. Not saying you were wrong.
