How come whenever I decompile Romka's hgrunt it gives me a model error? I want to use the hgrunts for CSS player model replacements, for private use of course.

This has been posted a lot, romka hates garry and the gmod community. The mod got these models on the condition that it would be encrypted into the mod so they don't start releasing them everywhere.

That isn't the reason. Romka didn't want to releease these models to the public so we made a deal with him and they are only usable in OC.

Is that why the models appear like errors in hammer?

You need Romka's permission to use models. He went to army...so you have to wait 9 months.

Well, like I said, it's only for private use so I won't be releasing them publicly and privately to other people. I'll just wait for Romka's permission then.

Skidz should modify Hammer next so it works like that new Office Sharepoint. you know. People all connect to a server, and begin editing a map all at once. You could do soem great shit, rather than having to ask people questions, they could just give you an example, or demomstarte a new technique to you. Hell, Skidz when you go to Valve, give them this idea, see if they like it.

This is actually a really good idea.
It would be awesome to make the collab maps easier by having everyone editing the map at the same time.

He comes back like every weekend, 2 weeks ago I played DOD: S with him, and then he left or changed his name and started Tk'ing everyone. So I doubt he's in Iraq. Probably still in like boot camp heh..

Somehow I doubt they let you go home and play DOD : S in boot camp..
