mdl decompiler

At the moment for some reason one cannon fodders site has gone, and two I can't seem to get his program to work.

I want to decompile Orange Box Models but I read:

There is a workaround to decompiling Orangebox models. Simply open the model in Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm) (standard notepad will not work) and in the first line, change IDST0 (Zero) to IDST, (Comma) and save the .mdl.

Anyhow I open the Model but that already has IDST,

So I think its the mdl decompiler just not opening I have installed it to my
sdk\bin\orangebox\bin

Does it crash with an error message?
