Weird animation glitches with Porting Dods models

I ported all the day of defeat source models to be played models, but they all have the T shape in thirdperson, and the animations spazz out when you do anything, does anyone have any idea why they might go crazy, i did not rig them or anything, and their bones work because when i suicide the ragdoll operates like it should.

It's like you don't know anything about player models.. The DOD player models, use different animations and animation activities.. Try including the hl2dm animations.. should work. If not.. then you need to re-rig the models.

Thank you Xoom3r, i was thinking of trying that, but wanted an opinion from modelers on the forums that do know what they are doing, want to get the models done then finish scripting the day of defeat source weapons.

Hi, sorry I'm no player modeler or modeler at all but, I think he's right.
Sonic or W0rf0x would know...

Also as for the DOD weapons shooting from the HIP, like blues said the Mod has recompiled (though no texture) versions of the weapons so that they use obsidians attachment points (I think which are related to hl2dm animations) though not sure.

If you read around you can find out all this info here and there...

Good luck with both Player models and weapons I'd like to see them use them.

(I was actually considering making new skins for the DOD models and try turn them into zombies).

How about giving the Wermacht Hgrunt AI but with new sounds?
